Interim Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
- Handling the staffing and recruiting process for the schools and collaborating with school directors and staffing needs
- Managing the Professional development program to secure employee retention
- Understanding the benefits package and assist with employees regarding enrollment
- Additional responsibilities from the Director of HR
Experience Preferred for the HR Manager:
- 4+ of related experience
- ADP is a plus
- Non Profit is a plus
- SHRM is a plus
